What does a Regular Cleaning service encompass?

Cleaning Inclusions:

  • Kitchen: Sink, countertops, upper and lower cabinet faces, stove top.
  • All exterior surfaces in all rooms.
  • Mop and vacuum floors.
  • Bathroom: Toilet, shower, handles, tub, drain.
  • Bedroom: Shelving, nightstands, bed frames, tidy up bed.

Exclusions:

  • Extras are not included and must be selected for an additional cost.
  • The extra time included in deep cleans allows for more detailed work in the mentioned Inclusions.
What does a Deep Cleaning service encompass?

Inclusions for Enhanced Clean:

  • Everything covered in a regular clean
  • Baseboards
  • Light switches & Door handles
  • Detailed Dusting
  • Extra hour included for high-detail areas

What does a Move-in Move-out Cleaning service encompass?

When scheduling a Move Out or Move In clean, anticipate an all-inclusive service, our most comprehensive package. Extras encompass inside the oven, inside the fridge, inside cabinets, and inside all windows. This thorough clean is designed to restore the home to its original state, preparing it for new homeowners.

What will my cleaner bring to the service?

While we come fully equipped, if you have preferred cleaning products or equipment, feel free to have them ready before our arrival for a personalized touch.

Is it necessary for me to be present during the service?

The choice is yours – you’re welcome to be present during the service, let the cleaner in and depart, or opt not to be there at all. If preferred, you can grant access to your cleaners through a key or lockbox. It’s worth noting that our cleaners typically work most efficiently when the house is vacant of people and pets
